Character Designs

Characters are essential to stories because of the uniqueness each brings. They are most interesting when they are most realistic. This doesn't mean in terms of their "realness" in our world, because authors like JK Rowling invented beasts that do not actually exist, but still feel very real. By "realistic", I mean in terms of their flaws, their good and bad qualities, their moral compass. One shouldn't be able to tell so easily if a character is "good" or "bad", because everyone is a bit of both in reality.

"Mariah"

I also like to write in my spare time, and this cat is based off of an original character named Mariah.

"Leva"

This water dragon is another character featured in my writings (pronounced "Lee-vuh").

"Angelus"

Angelus is yet another character from my past writings. This was an interesting challenge because I had to keep the visual characteristics in tact between the age progression from a young boy to an old man.

"Jack Frost"

This was just some fun I had imagining a Jack Frost character, along with a variety of facial expressions.

All of the characters above (besides Jack Frost) are from an unfinished novel of mine. The first couple chapters can be found under "Writing".
